Exonet’s Job Costing system assists companies who have a requirement to track both time and material charges against contract projects, or jobs over time. Job Costing is fully integrated with Exonet 6000, giving users access to purchasing and inventory as well as contact and document management, allowing you to store contracts, images and plans against a project.

Extra fields can also be created within Job Costing to tailor data capture more closely to specific industry requirements. By capturing estimates as well as actual time and material costs, project efficiency can be easily analysed by activity type, cost center and resource, using the graphical analysis tab on each job, or using the in-built graphical query/report designer.

Data entry is very efficient, with a variety of configurable transaction entry modes to suit any situation. Input for timesheets, job-sheets and purchase order transactions and supplier/subcontractor invoices. Sub-jobs can also be created, allowing more effective management of project stages, while maintaining the ability to consolidate and report on the larger project as a whole against defined budgets.
